Good question. All agree that a QRS equal to or less than0.10 is normal and all agree that equal to and greater than 0.12 s are too long. The gray area is 0.11sec. WPW QRS’s, LVH and some fusion beats fall in this ‘medium wide’ range.

on 4:00, isnt a normal QRS supposed to be <0.12?? how come u said <0.10??
